Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: We offer a flat rate delivery charge of $10* to addresses within Australia, and free shipping on orders over $200 within Australia.
We use Australia Post to deliver your orders, we cannot guarantee a delivery time or day unless you have requested Express Delivery - Express Delivery is $15.
International Delivery: We offer international delivery, we charge $28 for international delivery.
Heavy/Bulk Items and Banwood Scooters
Heavy and Bulk Items, and Banwood Scooters are shipped from the Banwood Warehouse in Sydney, the cost of shipping is $20. If multiple items have been ordered on one invoice, please note the Banwood Scooter will receive a separate tracking number.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase from Little Nook, however, if required we are happy to return or exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, we will give you a return authorization number, please include this number on your return slip.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their tags still attached.
- We do not accept returns on swimwear or underwear
- We do not reimburse on return postage unless the product is deemed faulty
- We are not responsible for return items that do not reach us
